We automated our own company first

Otomexia was born inside an e-commerce SMB of about fifteen people, selling in six countries. There we automated customer service, order tracking, product sheet creation and reporting — learning, on our own customer data, what must stay inside and what may leave. We speak the language of business owners, not of consultancies, and we apply at your company what we have proven at ours.

Your questions

We are a small company, is this really for us?

It is precisely for you. A company of 5 to 50 people has well-identified repetitive tasks and few people to do them. That is where AI pays off fastest, and that is why we start with a half day at a known price rather than a three-month study.

We have no IT department.

You don’t need one. We install, connect, train your teams, and leave documentation a local IT provider can take over. If you have one, we work with them.

Is a “private” AI as good as ChatGPT?

On a precise, well-framed task — answering from your documents, classifying, extracting, writing in your style — a well-adapted open model does as well, often better, because it knows your context. On general knowledge, the big commercial models keep the edge. That is why we offer both.

What happens when the AI is wrong?

We design every automation with a confidence threshold and a handover to a human. What the AI cannot do, it passes on rather than inventing. The log lets you review every decision.

How much does it cost?

The workshop costs €890 excl. VAT, and it is the only fixed price. What follows is on quote, priced at the end of the workshop, because two companies with the same task can have very different volumes and data. The quote lists what is included, excluded, and what would move the price. The €890 are deducted if you continue.

Can we take over the project without you?

Yes, it is written in the contract. You receive the code, the installation and handover documentation, and the access. Maintenance is offered, never imposed.

Where do you operate?

France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic — on site for the workshop where possible, remotely for the rest.
