The AI workshop: half a day at your place, on your real tasks
For many business owners, AI is still an idea. The workshop makes it concrete: we come with our tools, you come with your invoices, e-mails, drawings and quotes, and in half a day you see what works, what doesn’t, and what it would save you.
€890 excl. VATOn your premises or remotely. Deducted from the project if you continue.
How the half day goes
- 1 h — Task tour: with the people who do the work, we list what is repetitive, what takes time, what annoys.
- 1 h 30 — Trials on your documents: we test AI live on your own invoices, e-mails, drawings, letters. You see the result, not a demo.
- 45 min — Data sorting: what can go through a market tool, what must stay with you.
- 45 min — Debrief: tasks ranked by time saved and ease, and the recommendation.
What you leave with
- A written report of 5 to 10 pages: the tasks examined, what AI already does well on them, what it does not.
- An estimate of time saved per task and per week, measured on your cases, not on averages.
- The Private AI or Market AI recommendation for each task, and why.
- A quote for what follows, which you are free to accept or not.
What is not included
- Implementation: the workshop shows and prices, it does not deploy. Deliberately: you decide after seeing.
- Travel costs beyond 100 km from our bases, stated in the quote.
- A second half day if the company has more than 50 people or several sites: we say so beforehand.
Terms
- Fixed price: €890 excl. VAT, paid at booking.
- Fully deducted from the first project if you continue within 3 months.
- If no automatable task is identified, you keep the report and nothing else is billed.
- Your documents stay with you: trials run on site or on tools we configure to retain nothing.
