How we work
The same sequence for everyone. Each step ends with a deliverable you keep, and each of the last three starts with an accepted quote.
1. Workshop
Half a day on site or remotely with the people who do the work. We list repetitive tasks, measure the time they cost and classify the data touched: sensitive or not. Deliverable: report with tasks ranked by gain and feasibility, the Private AI or Market AI recommendation for each, and the quote for what follows. Fixed price: €890 excl. VAT, deducted if you continue.
2. Prototype
We build the automation on a sample of your real data. You test it for two weeks on real cases, including the awkward ones. Deliverable: working prototype, quality measured on your cases, and a decision: deploy, adjust, or stop — with no further commitment.
3. Go-live
Connection to your software, user training, set-up of the log of AI decisions and human handovers. Deliverable: automation in service, installation and handover documentation, access handed over.
4. Maintenance
Monitoring, fixes, updates of models and connectors, a monthly review of what the AI did and refused to do. Offered as a subscription, never imposed: the documentation lets you take over or change provider.
Three rules we do not negotiate
- No hour billed without an accepted quote.
- No sensitive data sent to an external provider without your written consent.
- No automation without a human handover on uncertain cases.
